Use Generate to build pages, then Print (or save as PDF). "Per page" cannot exceed how many puzzles you create - e.g. with 3 puzzles, an 8-up layout is not available.

Start with a count of 4 and 4 per page, then choose your difficulty and generate. Portrait places the puzzles in a two-by-two layout. For a longer set, use a multiple of four, such as 8 or 12. The on-screen preview shows the first puzzle; the print preview shows the full set.
With 4 per page, 4 puzzles produce one puzzle sheet and one answer sheet when answers are included. A set of 8 produces two puzzle sheets and two answer sheets. Turn off the answer key to print only puzzles. With 5 puzzles, the second puzzle sheet contains one puzzle and three empty spaces.
Yes. After clicking Print, choose "Save as PDF" in your browser's print dialog.
The layouts are designed for A4. For US Letter, choose Letter and Fit to printable area in your printer settings, then check the preview for clipped borders. Scaling can make the grids slightly smaller. Disable browser headers and footers if they add unwanted text.
